Who we are

More than a competition, Miss Hill City is a community that provides connections, opportunities, and lasting impact for young women throughout our great state. Our mission is to educate and empower young women across Virginia through workshops, seminars, scholarships and opportunities, volunteerism, and events like the Miss Virginia Opportunity Pageant!

We believe strongly in our mission to help young woman become successful and confident in all aspects of life. By providing scholarships for excellence in education and cultivating responsibility, empowerment, growth and more, we offer these women the tools to go out and lead others to accomplish the same principles.
